Get Ready! Cabin Fever presents The Drive-in Laser Light Show coming to the NC State Fairgrounds on March 11th- 14th, 2021. Pile up your friends and family into the safety of your own vehicle, avoid the crowds, and come out for the fantastic Drive-in Laser light Show experience! There are two action-packed, mind-blowing shows per night, plus one on Sunday. You can choose from either the 7pm or 9pm shows.
This family-friendly show includes some of your favorite Musical Hits from 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, and today. All songs are choreographed with cutting-edge effects, high-powered lasers, and DUAL large screen video projection! There will also be special performances of the LASER FLOYD SPECTACULAR on Friday and Saturday the 12th & 13th at 10:30PM. Show length is approximately 40 minutes and you can tune to the designated FM station for instructions and sound during the event. Click here for a sample video of the show.
As a part of your ticket you are given a dedicated tail-gate seating area for every vehicle. Bring your own chairs, blankets, and refreshments! (no alcohol permitted) Tickets are $29 per car -no matter how many people are in it, although buses, trailers, or RVs are allowed. It’s a great night out for less than the typical cost of admission for a family of 4.
Admission
The laser light show runs March 11-14th, 2021 rain or shine (sprinkling rain actually enhances the lasers)! Tickets must be purchased in advance. Gates open at 5:00pm for the 7:00pm show and they recommend arriving at least one hour before showtime. If you arrive late you will have to wait until the next show and park in the general admission section. The show will start at dark when all cars are safely parked. Once parked, you may not leave the event until the end of the show for safety reasons. Restrooms are provided onsite.
