Fieldstream Farm is a drive-thru Christmas Light show in Garner that has almost a million lights scattered throughout their meandering light trail. The lights take on the shapes of your favorite movie characters, including Disney’s Cars, Frozen, Mickey Mouse, and Toy Story, plus the Wizard of Oz, Frosty the Snowman, and lots of other familiar characters. It’s a must see for any Disney fan, and we were amazed at how intricate the displays were!

Tunnel of Lights

Perhaps the most impressive display at Fieldstream Farm is the tunnel of lights right at the entrance. With over 200,000 lights, it might be the longest LED lit tunnel in the world! It was such a unique experience driving through with lights surrounding you on all sides. The kids said it was like driving through a rainbow, and I think they might be right! I wish we could have driven back through it on our way out!

Light Displays

The light displays at Fieldstream Farm really are amazing! We were surprised to see so many Disney characters, and most of them have motion incorporated as well. The lights will flash so it appears they are moving. For example, you will see a dinosaur placing a star on the Christmas tree and a shark jumping out of the pond to bite you! I love how the displays were incorporated into the landscape!

At the end of the light show there was a sign for the holiday light store, which appears to be where the displays are created. I’m not sure if it’s the same owners or not, but if you are interested in purchasing some of the light displays you see on your drive, you can!

Pricing

Unfortunately Fieldstream farm is not a free activity. Admission is $20 per car, while 9 – 18 passenger vans are $40 and buses with 19 and up are $75.

This year they have introduced an online ticketing system to keep traffic and crowds at a minimum You must purchase your tickets online in advance and bring the printed ticket with you for entry.

This is the perfect activity to do before or after your Santa visit at Cabela’s! It got us all in the festive holiday mood!
